- •Turnaround time is production time only — it does not include shipping or delivery time.
- •Rush availability is subject to current production capacity. Call us to confirm before placing a rush order.
- •Orders with name personalization or individual numbering require 7 additional business days.
- •Specialty finishes (Akuafoil, Raised Foil, Dual Raised) may require additional production time.
- •Shipping time is in addition to production time. Local CT delivery is available.
- •We will notify you within 24 hours if your order cannot meet the requested timeline.
- •Payment must be confirmed before your order enters the production schedule.
