1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrintzOnDeck LLC website (www.printzondeck.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PrintzOnDeck LLC provides custom printing services including, but not limited to: DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, banner and signage printing, business card and commercial printing, promotional products, and graphic design services. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Prices on our website are for reference — final pricing is confirmed in your quote
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Bulk discounts are applied automatically: 10% off orders $500+, 15% off $1,500+, 20% off $5,000+
• Custom and specialty orders may require additional pricing based on complexity

4. Payment

• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise arranged
• For large orders, an 85% deposit may be required with the balance due before shipping
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and other payment methods through our secure payment processors
• All payment arrangements must be finalized before your order enters the production schedule

5. Artwork & Proofing

• You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or requesting design services
• We provide a free digital proof before production — you receive up to 2 free revisions
• Production begins only after you provide written approval of the proof
• Once approved, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the design, text, and colors shown in the proof
• Additional revisions beyond 2 may incur a fee

6. Production & Turnaround

• Production time begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation
• Standard turnaround varies by product (see our Turnaround & Rush Policy)
• Rush and expedited options are available for an additional fee
• Shipping time is in addition to production time
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

• You represent that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit for printing
• PrintzOnDeck LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork provided by the customer
• We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on intellectual property rights
• Screen printing screens remain the property of PrintzOnDeck LLC and are not sold to customers

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: notify us within 10 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Store credit or replacement is available for unused items. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a production error on our part.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintzOnDeck LLC's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services.

10. Color Accuracy

Due to the nature of printing, slight color variations may occur between your screen display, digital proof, and the final printed product. We strive for the closest possible color match but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction across all media and substrates.

11. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started (after artwork approval and payment), orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel an order.

12. Website Use

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our written permission
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
