Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day
  • Processing time does not include production time — production begins after artwork approval and payment

Production + Shipping Timeline

Shipping time is in addition to production time. Here are typical total timelines:

Local Delivery (Connecticut)

Local delivery is available throughout Connecticut. If you're in the New Haven area or anywhere in CT, contact us to arrange local delivery or pickup.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship to all 50 states via UPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or by request.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reprint and reship your order at no additional cost.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within the expected production timeline, please contact us.
