Founded on Purpose
PrintzOnDeck LLC was founded in 2020 by Sean Reeves in honor of his son, Sean “On Deck” Reeves, who was lost to gun violence. What started as a personal mission to heal and create change has grown into New Haven's trusted custom printing partner.
Sean's journey in the printing industry began in 2008 when he co-founded Ready4Print in Bridgeport, CT alongside his brother Quincy and cousin Todd. After operating several satellite locations, Sean went independent in 2012 and has continued to sharpen his craft ever since — bringing nearly two decades of hands-on expertise across every printing method, from DTF and screen printing to embroidery and large-format signage.
As a proud Black-owned business, we embrace diversity in everything we do. Our team reflects the community we serve — people of all backgrounds coming together with a shared commitment to quality, creativity, and impact. Empowering Youth, Building Community
Print Shop School
Through our Print Shop School program, we train 15-20 youth annually in real printing skills — creating sustainable career paths and reducing violence in our community. Our training completion rate is 100%, with skill scores above 70%.
We've completed over 50 violence prevention projects since 2020 and have been the official uniform sponsor for the Stop the Violence Start the Love tournament for 13 consecutive years.
