- Standard Turnaround: 7 business days (excludes shipping). Expedited options available on a case-by-case basis.
- Production Time: Starts after art/mock approval. Order forms, artwork, and merchandise must be complete before entering production schedule.
- Payment: All payment arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.
- Personalization & Numbering: Orders containing personalizations and/or numbering require 7 additional days of production.
- Stitch Count Estimates: Quotes may vary. Final count is based on .DST sew-out proof prior to production.
- Art Required for Quotes: Artwork must be supplied for stitch-count estimates.
- Hat Minimum: 36 piece minimum for hat orders.
- No Leather Goods: We do not embroider leather goods.
- Solvy & Top Quality Materials: No extra charge.
- Customer-Supplied Files: We are not responsible for sewing results on customer-supplied DST files.
