Can you do spirit wear for our whole school?

Absolutely. We handle school spirit wear orders of all sizes โ€” from small classroom orders to full-school runs of 400+ shirts. We offer size-inclusive options from Youth S through Adult 6XL, and can accommodate multiple designs or color options.

Do you offer educational discounts?

We offer automatic bulk discounts: 10% off orders $500+, 15% off $1,500+, and 20% off $5,000+. Many school orders qualify for Silver or Gold tier pricing. Contact us to discuss your budget.

Can you print on shirts we already have?

Yes, we can print on customer-supplied garments. Contact us first to confirm the fabric type and print method compatibility.

What's the best print method for school t-shirts?

For large school runs (50+ pieces), screen printing is the most cost-effective. For smaller runs or full-color designs, DTF printing works great with no minimums.

Can you help design our school shirts?

Yes! Our in-house design team can create your school shirt design from scratch. Custom logos start at $200. Free proofing and 2 revisions included.

Can you help with awareness campaign materials?

Yes. We print everything from event t-shirts and banners to flyers, postcards, and promotional items. We can help you create a cohesive branded package for your campaign.

Do you work with violence prevention and community organizations?

Absolutely. PrintzOnDeck was founded in honor of Sean's son, who was lost to gun violence. We've completed 50+ violence prevention projects since 2020 and are proud to support organizations doing this work.

Can you print on a tight budget?

We'll work with your budget. Tell us what you need and we'll recommend the most cost-effective print method and garment options. We never sacrifice quality, but we can find solutions that fit.

Can you handle ongoing uniform orders for our staff?

Yes. We work with businesses on recurring uniform programs. We can set up a reorder system so you can easily add new staff or replace worn items without starting from scratch each time.

Do you offer corporate accounts or net terms?

Can you match our exact brand colors?

Yes. For screen printing, we can match Pantone colors. For embroidery, we match thread colors as closely as possible. Provide your PMS or HEX codes when requesting a quote.

What's the fastest I can get branded shirts for a corporate event?

Can you create a complete event branding package?

Yes. We can handle everything from branded apparel and banners to table covers, retractable stands, business cards, and promotional items โ€” all from one vendor.

Can you do event t-shirts on a tight deadline?

Yes. Rush and same-day options are available. Call us as early as possible โ€” the more lead time you give us, the better we can serve you. We handle 10โ€“25% of our orders as rush.

What signage do you recommend for outdoor events?

For outdoor events, we recommend 13oz vinyl banners (weather-resistant, grommets included), feather flags for visibility, and pop-up event tents for booth setups. We can bundle these into a complete event package.

Can you print custom event programs and booklets?

Yes. We print event programs, booklets (8โ€“72 pages), flyers, postcards, and all commercial print products. Contact us with your event date and we'll confirm what's achievable.

Do you offer event bundles?

Are you a certified vendor for government contracts?

Yes. PrintzOnDeck is SAM.gov registered and SMBE certified. We are also pursuing MBE, 8(a), and HUBZone certifications. We are eligible to bid on and fulfill government printing contracts.

Can you provide invoicing for purchase orders?

Yes. We can work with purchase orders and provide formal invoicing for government and municipal accounts. Contact us to set up your account.

Do you handle large-scale government uniform orders?

Yes. We handle bulk uniform orders for municipal departments, public works, transit, and other government agencies. Contact us for a custom quote on large orders.

What certifications do you hold?

We are SAM.gov registered, SMBE certified, and American Consumer Council members. MBE, 8(a), and HUBZone certifications are pending. Learn more on our About page.

Individuals & Personal Orders

Can I order just one custom shirt?

Yes! With DTF printing, there are NO minimums. We can print a single shirt, hoodie, or garment. Pricing is per piece at the 1โ€“6 quantity tier.

Can I order custom shirts as gifts?

Absolutely. We do custom gift orders for birthdays, memorials, reunions, and special occasions. We can even add individual names or numbers to each shirt.

How do I submit my design?

Email your design file to [email protected] or use our contact form. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-res PNG/JPG files. No design? We can create one for you.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We offer a 10-day notification window for any issues. If there's an error on our end, we'll make it right at no cost. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless there's a production error.
